The basis of the excavator's power system is the diesel engine. Its function is to burn the supplied fuel and convert thermal energy into mechanical energy, as well as to enable the excavator to move and supply power through the hydraulic transmission system. The excavator power system consists of the following subsystems: cooling system, air intake system, exhaust system, fuel system, lubrication, electrical system, shock absorption system.
